From Washington to Colorado, NomNomNow is available throughout the Western United States! We want to ensure the delivery process is as smooth as possible. Want to learn more about the delivery process?

  • We work with a third party delivery service for all of our deliveries. Due to this, we cannot track them in real time
  • Your delivery will arrive based on the following
    • San Francisco: Mondays between 10:30AM to 8:30PM
    • California and Nevada: Tuesdays before 10:00PM
    • Colorado, Idaho, Washington, Oregon, Utah and Arizona: Wednesdays before 9:30PM
  • You will receive an email when your dog’s NomNomNow has been delivered
  • If our delivery partner is unable to leave the package, there will be a $10 re-delivering fee
  • Unfortunately for reasons beyond our control, packages may be lost or stolen. If this happens, please notify us as soon as possible so that we can prepare more NomNom and arrange for another delivery. As part of your third week of deliveries, you will receive 3 extra days worth of food to keep in your freezer. These meals should be used in the event of a lost or stolen package while we prepare to ship another week of meals
  • All changes and instructions must be entered into your account no later than Thursday night at 11:59PM PST. For example, if you are traveling and need your dog’s NomNomNow delivered to another address, please update the delivery information in your account
